Welcome to Studixio (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Studixio platform, including https://studixio.com/ and any related services, features, content, or applications (collectively, the “Platform”).
Studixio is a digital services platform that connects Clients seeking tailored solutions with skilled freelance Experts who provide digital services (“Services”).
Our mission is simple: Your Vision, Our Talent — bring your ideas to life with the right freelance expert. Whether you need professional assistance in minutes or long‑term collaboration, Studixio makes it fast, reliable, and affordable.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to all of the Terms, you may not use the Platform.
These Terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of all users, establish the rules for marketplace participation, and govern how Services are requested, delivered, accepted, and paid for through Studixio.

1. Accounts on Studixio.com
1.1 Registration
To access key features on the Platform, you must create an account. During registration, you may choose to register either as a Client or as an Expert, depending on your intended use of the Platform. Once registered, you can use the Platform to request Services, offer Services, or connect with other users in accordance with your selected role.
1.2 Who Can Register
To register and use the Platform, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- Use the Platform solely for lawful business, professional, or commercial purposes, not for personal or unauthorized purposes.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country, including those related to digital services, payments, and intellectual property.
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and maintain it throughout your use of the Platform.
1.3 Your Profile
Provide accurate and complete information about your skills, business details, or services. Incomplete or misleading information may result in suspension or termination. Keep your profile up to date.
1.4 Types of Accounts
- Expert Account: for individuals offering services.
- Client Account: for those looking to hire Experts.
1.5 Account Access
You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including any actions taken by individuals you authorize. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use, suspected security breaches, or other concerns related to your account. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access or misuse of your account.
1.6 Security
Keep your username and password private. Do not use another person’s account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
2. Using Studixio
2.1 Platform Purpose
Studixio is a digital services marketplace that connects Clients with Experts to request, offer, and complete Services. We are not a party to any Service Agreements between Clients and Experts unless explicitly stated in writing.
We do not control, supervise, or guarantee the quality, legality, or outcomes of Services provided by Experts. All engagements are directly between Clients and Experts, and Studixio is not responsible for disputes arising from Service delivery, payments, or performance.
2.2 Taxes and Insurance
Experts are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes and for maintaining any necessary insurance or professional coverage in their jurisdiction. Studixio does not provide insurance or assume liability for any Expert or Client obligations.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that any Services purchased are in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, or licensing requirements.
2.3 User Content
Users may post content on the Platform, including profile information, service descriptions, communications, and feedback (“User Content”).
Studixio does not verify or endorse User Content and is not responsible for its accuracy, legality, or reliability. We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any User Content that violates these Terms, infringes intellectual property rights, or is otherwise illegal, harmful, or objectionable.
By posting User Content, you grant Studixio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote such content solely in connection with the Platform.
2.4 Prohibited Content
Users may not post, transmit, or share any content on the Platform that:
- Violates any law or regulation, including intellectual property, privacy, data protection, anti-money laundering (AML), or financial services laws.
- Is fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive, including false claims about skills, experience, or services.
- Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code that could damage the Platform or users’ devices.
- Is obscene, offensive, hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence against any individual or group.
- Infringes intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets.
- Encourages illegal activity, spamming, or unsolicited marketing.
- Violates the rights of other users, including privacy, publicity, or confidentiality rights.
Studixio reserves the right to remove or restrict access to any content that violates this Section 2.4, without prior notice. Users who repeatedly post prohibited content may have their accounts suspended or terminated.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that any prohibited content may expose you to legal liability, and you agree to indemnify Studixio for any losses or claims arising from such content.
3. Work Agreements
3.1 Agreements Between Users
All agreements between Clients and Experts are made directly between them. Ordering a service through the Platform creates a binding Service Agreement. Users may supplement their agreement with additional terms if needed.
3.2 Disputes Between Users
Try to resolve conflicts directly with the other party. If needed, you can contact our support team or use our Resolution Centre. Any mediation we may offer is optional and not legally binding.
3.3 Confidentiality
Users may agree their own confidentiality terms. Even without a separate agreement, we expect users to keep shared information confidential and to delete or return confidential information when asked and as required by law.
4. Fees
4.1 Expert Plans
Experts can choose subscription plans with different features. Subscriptions auto-renew and can be cancelled at any time in the “My Plan” section.
4.2 Client Fees
Experts set their own service prices. Costs may vary based on project complexity, time required, and experience.
4.3 No Introduction Fees
Studixio does not charge fees for browsing profiles, viewing reviews, or posting feedback.
5. Payments
5.1 Payment Terms
Clients pre-pay for services. Funds are released to the Expert after the Client approves the work or following resolution of a dispute. Experts should only begin work once the Client’s payment is confirmed or secured.
Freelancers may also subscribe to membership packages (e.g., €29, €59, €89, €129 per month) that allow them to publish a different number of project listings or service promotions to increase visibility to Clients.
5.2 Payment Methods
You authorise our payment partner to process all transactions, including project payments and membership subscriptions. We do not store full card details, and processing is subject to our Privacy Policy and the payment partner’s terms.
5.3 Payment Security
All payments are processed through secure and encrypted gateways. Card details are never shared with us, and additional protections such as 3-D Secure authentication may apply.
5.4 Pricing and Updates
Membership package prices are displayed in USD, EUR, or GBP and may be adjusted periodically. Users are encouraged to review the Platform regularly for current pricing and package details.
5.5 Financial Services Disclaimer
Freelancers on Studixio may subscribe to membership packages (e.g., €29, €59, €89, €129 per month) that allow them to publish a different number of project listings or service promotions to increase visibility to Clients. Package prices are displayed in USD, EUR, or GBP and may be adjusted periodically. We recommend that Users review the Platform regularly for current pricing and package details.
Studixio is a marketplace platform only and does not provide financial, investment, or payment services. All payments are processed through third-party payment providers, and Studixio is not responsible for the provision, security, or outcome of any payment services. Users must ensure that any payment method used complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
6. Payouts
6.1 Payout Rules
You can withdraw available funds after a job is completed and approved. Withdrawals require a verified account and payout method. Payouts are typically processed within 5 business days.
6.2 Limits and Fees
Minimum payout: 10 EUR. Maximum per transaction: 5,000 EUR. Third-party fees may apply. We may change limits and fees from time to time.
6.3 Compliance
To withdraw funds, you must complete KYC/AML verification. Using false identities or attempting to circumvent Platform payments is prohibited and may result in suspension.
6.4 Failed Payouts
If a payout is rejected, we will notify you with steps to resolve the issue. Support is available at [email protected].
6.5 Legal Restrictions
Some regions may be restricted due to sanctions or regulatory requirements.
7. Licensing and Content
7.1 Limited Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms. We may change or end access at any time as permitted by law.
7.2 Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms or applicable law.
7.3 Intellectual Property
All content, software, and branding on studixio.com are protected by intellectual property laws.
7.4 User-Generated Content
You are responsible for the content you post. By posting content, you grant us a licence to host, display, and share it as necessary to operate the Platform, and you allow other users to view and share it in connection with the Platform.
7.5 Third-Party Content
Studixio is not responsible for user-generated or third-party content. If you believe content violates your rights, contact us at [email protected].
8. No Warranty
The Platform and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RONDATA LTD and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) 100 EUR or (b) the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. User Release
To the extent permitted by law, you release Studixio and RONDATA LTD from claims, demands, and damages arising out of disputes between you and other users. We are not a party to your Service Agreements.
11. Termination
11.1 Cancelling Your Account
You may terminate your account at any time by following the account closure process on the Platform. Studixio may also suspend or terminate your account or these Terms at its discretion, including for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
If you have active orders, projects, or commitments, you must ensure they are either completed, cancelled, or otherwise resolved before termination. Termination will not relieve you of any outstanding obligations, including payments owed to Experts or fees owed to Studixio.
11.2 Data Access and Retention
Upon account termination, your User Content and account data may be deleted or deactivated. Studixio may retain certain data if required by law, regulation, tax obligations, or for fraud and dispute prevention.
You are encouraged to download or back up any content you wish to preserve prior to closing your account.
11.3 Continuing Obligations
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that, by their nature, should survive, including but not limited to:
- Outstanding fees, payments, or financial obligations
- Intellectual property rights and licenses granted under these Terms
- Confidentiality obligations
- Warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability
- Dispute resolution, indemnification, and compliance obligations
These surviving provisions remain fully enforceable after your account is closed.
12. Disputes with Studixio
12.1 Informal Resolution
We aim to resolve disputes quickly and fairly. If you have a dispute with Studixio, you agree to contact our support team at [email protected] and allow us a reasonable period to investigate and attempt resolution, normally within 30 days.
This process is intended to facilitate prompt resolution of any issues related to your use of the Platform, including payments, service delivery, or account access.
12.2 Governing Law
These Terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
12.3 Arbitration (Voluntary)
Subject to applicable law, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the LCIA Rules only if both parties agree in writing. The seat of arbitration is London, England, and the language is English. Decisions of the arbitrator are binding and enforceable, subject to the provisions of applicable law.
This arbitration option is voluntary and does not restrict statutory rights for consumers under UK law or EU law. EU consumers may retain any rights granted by EU consumer protection legislation, including the right to access local courts or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
12.4 No Class or Representative Actions
Where permitted by applicable law, disputes must be brought individually, not as part of a class or representative action. This clause does not override statutory consumer collective redress mechanisms.
12.5 Marketplace-Specific Disputes
For disputes arising from your use of the Platform, including:
- Service delivery, quality, or completion
- Payments, refunds, or fees owed/li>
- Intellectual property or User Content
- Alleged misuse, fraud, or AML violation
You acknowledge that Studixio is not a party to Service Agreements between Clients and Experts, and any such disputes must generally be resolved directly between the parties, subject to Studixio’s policies, including our Refund & Return Policy.
12.6 Courts and Enforcement
Subject to any agreed arbitration, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising under these Terms. Studixio reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court to protect its rights, intellectual property, or to prevent fraud.
13. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, war, labour disputes, pandemics, or internet/hosting failures. The affected party must notify the other promptly and use reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact. If the event continues for more than 60 days, either party may terminate affected obligations without liability, except for obligations already incurred.

- Platform: Studixio.com and its software and tools.
- Expert: a user offering professional services.
- Client: a user hiring Experts.
- Expert Services: work provided by Experts.
- Service Agreement: a binding arrangement made through the Platform between Client and Expert.
- Expert Fee: payment made to Studixio for a subscription plan.
- Client Fee: payment made by a Client for an Expert’s service.
- Dispute Resolution: the process of handling disagreements.
- Membership Plan: a paid access plan for Experts.
- Verification: identity and compliance checks for transactions.
- Confidential Information: private business or project data.
- Intellectual Property Rights: legal rights for creations, software, and brand assets.
- Work Product: deliverables created by Experts.
- User / Users: collectively refers to both Clients and Experts using the Platform.
