At Studixio, we are committed to ensuring a fair and transparent experience for both Clients and Experts. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which a refund may be requested, the process for submitting a request, and the timeframe for resolution.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be requested if the service delivered by the Expert materially fails to meet the requirements of the original order or was not completed in accordance with the agreed terms. Services on Studixio are generally provided on an “as-is” basis, reflecting the Expert’s digital delivery, expertise, and interpretation of the order.
To be eligible for a refund, the request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the Expert marking the order as completed. Requests should clearly demonstrate that the delivered service substantially deviates from the agreed specifications or is incomplete, rather than reflecting subjective preferences or minor issues inherent in digital services.

3. Cases Where Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds cannot be issued in the following circumstances:
- If the Client has already confirmed that the service was completed and accepted.
- If the refund request is submitted after the 14-day eligibility period.
- If the service was delivered as agreed, and dissatisfaction is based on subjective preferences not outlined in the original agreement.
We encourage Clients to review the completed work carefully before confirming delivery.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Once your refund request is reviewed and approved by our support team:
- The refund will be processed within 10 business days.
- Funds will be returned to your original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
You will receive an email notification confirming the approval and expected timeline of the refund.
5. Alternative Refund Methods
If the original payment method is no longer available or cannot accept incoming funds:
- You must notify our support team at the time of your refund request or as soon as possible.
- We will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method, such as bank transfer or digital wallet, where applicable.
Failure to notify us in a timely manner may result in delays or the inability to complete the refund.
