Getting Started

studixio.com is a platform designed for anyone looking to grow their business, build a strong personal brand, or bring creative ideas to life.
Just sign up for an account [here]. It only takes a minute — fill out the form and you’re in!
Click the “Get Started” button at the top right corner of the site. Enter your email and password on the login page. Want to stay signed in? Check the “Keep me signed in” box (just make sure cookies are enabled).
No worries — head to the [reset page], click “Forgotten password”, enter your email, and hit “Get New Password.” We’ll send you a link to set a new one.

For Experts

Clients browse and search through our Expert directory. To be visible there, just register as an Expert when creating your account.
Absolutely! You can upload documents in the Media section of your profile. It’s a great way to show clients what you’re good at.
Log in to your dashboard, go to Submission Service, and fill out the details: title, description, price, delivery time. You can also add extra options under Service Addon.
After the client confirms the work is complete, your payment will be added to your account. Just make sure the client pays in full before you begin working.
First, complete the verification process [here]. Once verified, go to Statements, click “Withdraw now”, choose a payment method, and enter the amount.
You can offer a revision or adjust the deadline. If there’s a conflict, email us at [email protected] with the subject “Dispute” and your order number — we’ll help resolve it.
Make sure your profile is detailed, include work samples, keep your prices fair, and reply quickly to client messages.
Experts access the platform through a subscription plan. You can view all available options [here].
Go to My Plan in your account, and click “Cancel” next to your active subscription. If you need help, reach out to our support team.
Yes. Your plan will stay active until the end of the billing period, and no future charges will be made after cancellation.
In general, subscriptions are non-refundable. However, exceptions may apply for:
  • Platform-related technical issues
  • Duplicate charges
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. If your original payment method isn’t available, email us at [email protected] on the same day you submit your request.

For Clients

Go to the Service Catalog, use filters to find what you need, then click “Contact Me” or “Buy Now” to start the order.
Each Expert sets their own rates based on the task, time, and experience.
All payments are handled securely through certified partners. Your details are encrypted and never shared with third parties. We also support 3D Secure for extra protection.
You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, or via SEPA and SWIFT bank transfers.
You can message the Expert and agree on a new deadline. If needed, use the “Report this expert” button on their profile.
Check the Expert’s ratings, reviews, and portfolio before ordering. Your payment is only released once you approve the work.
Yes — if the work wasn’t delivered as agreed, and you request a refund within 14 days of delivery. Email [email protected] or use [this link]. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.
